Yes, I have an exclusive private bathroom for Solace clients only.
Arriving late will simply limit your treatment time, thus effecting your results. Your treatment will end on time as we respect that our clients time is valuable. You will be charged the full amount of the original booking.
We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking.
Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays or public holidays when we are closed.
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Zippay, afterpay and Cash. Payment plans are also available.
If you are booked in for a skin consultation, this will take some time to go through general information, medical history, lifestyle, diet, current treatments, home care and medication. We will then take 6 photo’s of your skin and look deep at what is really going on. Then you will receive a treatment designed especially for you.
- If you are coming in for your first appointment bring your current homecare and any medication you are taking. This gives me an idea of what ingredients your skin has on/in it. Also, what medications you are on, which could affect any treatment or home care we may perform or recommend.
- If you are coming for skin needling you can use all your home care right up until your treatment.
- If you are coming for a smart peel please stop using any products with benzol peroxide and retinol or vitamin A, 48 hours prior to your appointment.
As each treatment is different, specific post treatment care will be explained in the clinic.
However, no matter what the treatment is SPF is crucial at all times.
Your active/corrective home care may NOT be recommended post treatment for around 5-7 days, at which time the active home care can be re-introduced.
Rarely if at all will a skin breakout for no reason after a treatment. If there is congestion under the skin, it is possible there may be a post treatment breakout. Often these will subside quite quickly, but know that if this does occur all that has happened is that we have increased the speed of which it presents.
